Like so many others, I have always been intrigued with the lifestyle of the Amish Community. There have been so many unanswered questions that I have often thought about and really longed to hear the real truth. So what was my option? To get up and do something about it!
Since I’m not the type of person who will just sit around in an unknowing state, I packed-up my family and went on an adventure the get to know the Amish for myself. Let me just say it bluntly, I was tired of the hearsay and gossip regarding their healthcare.
My husband and I, along with our 3 children, drove about 5 hours to the cities of Arcola and Arthur, Illinois. If you are not familiar with these two cities, they are right next to each other and Arcola is the largest Amish community in the state of Illinois. Each Amish community is slightly different on how stern they implement their set of biblical structured doctrines, so my facts are solely based on Arcola and Arthur only.
To give you a little history about Arcola, in September 2015, this city celebrated Raggedy Ann’s 100th birthday. Raggedy Ann is a doll that most of us had as we were growing up, but most likely were never told the story of this dolls legacy. Below, I have included an amazing memoire that I found on Arcola’s website explaining the meaning behind this famous doll:
Johnny Gruelle, born in Arcola in 1882, loved to write and draw cartoons almost as much as his young daughter Marcella loved to hear his stories. Her favorite character from her father’s tales was Raggedy Ann.
But when Marcella died as the result of a vaccination shot, Johnny had a hard time coping with the loss. He found that the best way to overcome Marcella’s death was to write the stories he created for her. From these humble beginnings came the stories of Raggedy Ann, whose popularity has made Johnny Gruelle, as well as Arcola, famous around the world.
My mission was to become friends with the people of these two cities; this included both the Amish and the “English” (this is the term the Amish use when referring to people who are not Amish). My goals were to find out what this Amish community practices when it comes to child bearing, vaccinations, Autism, and what types of schooling did they provide for their children. So grab your organic cup of coffee and let’s discuss the facts I was told!
The majority of the Amish women have strayed away from using their original form of birthing, which was home births using natural childbirth methods. Now, the women mainly use their local hospital to give birth at. Since the Amish live a debt-free lifestyle, when using a medical facility, someone in their community will collect the amount of monies owed and pay the doctors in-full for all the medical procedures required. Their given word on making a payment is trustworthy among the doctors, and their reputation is held honorable; they always return with cash in-hand.
Like all of us were at one time prior to researching vaccines, the Amish community has very little knowledge of what is actually in a vaccination. This leaves them very susceptible to considering any advice from a doctor as legitimate, when they are told their child or an adult needs this vaccination(s) in order to escape the possibility of death.
I asked a woman who was running an antique shop if the Amish community vaccinates their children. This woman stated, “We only do baby shots, that’s it.” So according to this Mom, their children receive the Vitamin K and Hepatitis B shots only. Once they leave the hospital the Mom becomes their doctor and caretaker.
Another dear older Amish man that I had the pleasure of spending some quality time with, told me the story about how he had to have surgery for two hip replacements and a steel rod placed in his back. He said that he does not take any vaccines EXCEPT the annual influenza shot. When I asked why he was taking this particular shot, he stated, “The doctor said that if I do not get this shot every year, I might get a blood clot and die from where they did my hip replacements. I was told my blood may not carry enough oxygen up to my cells and a blot clot could form causing a bacterial infection, and there would be no way for them to save me.”
Wow! If that isn’t fear mongering, what is? Did this doctor happen to tell this sweet man what they were injecting into his body each year? No, but I did!
I informed him of some of the ingredients and antigens that are in the flu shot – thimerosal (mercury), aluminum salts, chick embryos (DNA), formaldehyde, neomycin, triton x, betapropiolactone, nonoxynol – in hopes he would understand that this shot will and is damaging his system. I wanted him to know that there are documented cases of severe side effects and fatalities from victims who have received the flu shot. I explained everything in layman’s terms since I know exactly what it’s like to hear these ingredient words for the first time and have no idea what they actually are.
Doctors are trying to get their vaccinations into the Amish community, but it appears that most of them tend to overlook the push unless they find themselves in the hospital due to a health crisis.
This is a choice that is decided upon by the parents. The state of Illinois has two vaccine exemption forms that may be used; religious and medical. Very few of the Amish place their children into a private public school. The majority of the Amish place their children in a home church-school or a private prairie Amish school.
The English that live within these two cities ensured me that they are feeling the pressure of vaccines being pushed onto their school age children. As soon as I would ask an English person, they immediately responded about their children in the school system and how they were being told they needed to vaccinate them. I informed these parents that it is not mandatory and that they can use an exemption form to opt out. One of the English gentlemen that was working at the store had an Asperger’s nephew and was very kind as he watched my son’s behavior and gave me his full attention when we were talking; this man was very interested in learning.
Since the Amish are not involved in watching TV or connected to the mainstream media in any fashion, they are extremely innocent and unaware of most of the chronic illnesses that we Americans are fighting, since we have turned to modern doctors and medicine for our health issues. By doing this, we have dug ourselves in such a deep hole piled with numerous labels and prescription pills. Our body lays dormant just waiting for the next illness to invade it.
When I introduced my son who is vaccine injured and labeled by our medical society as severely Autistic, to these two lovely Amish women, I got the chance to explain to them his story. By the look in their eyes, I could tell that this was the first time they had tangibly seen an Autistic child. As I spoke, one of the lady’s commented, “Oh, I’ve heard of stories about this.” Standing there face to face, I now know that this Amish community (probably like most) has heard of the word “Autism” but are not familiar with what it really is. When I asked if they had any children who were Autistic in their community, their answer was “NO.”
My son was actually behaving quite well, not showing the severity of his Autism at the moment. One of the Amish women told my husband and me, that she could see that my son had a special need. She could tell by observing the tiny little movements he was doing, not by his outward appearance. We were told that they do have a few children that are slower at learning, but nothing more than that.
All-in-all, I learned what I needed to find out and had a really nice day enjoying the town’s friendliness, unique souvenirs, and some amazing food. The stores had plenty of gluten-free items that I bought for my son to gobble-down on our trip home.
Every one of us who has researched vaccinations and modern medicine, needs to reach out and spread the truth everywhere we go. We need to reach every race, religion, and country. Vaccinations are being used as a death sentence against us, so it’s time for the timidity and silence to end.
My calling is to stop all vaccinations. What’s yours?
Let’s look to wisdom and truth when taking a stand for all our brothers and sisters that we know or haven’t met. Remember, deception roams the earth with no fear and neither should we.
Proverbs 6:12-15 “What are worthless and wicked people like? They are constant liars, signaling their deceit with the wink of the eye, the nudge of the foot, or the wiggle of the fingers. Their perverted hearts plot evil, and they constantly stir up trouble. But they will be destroyed suddenly, broken in an instant beyond all healing.”
God bless you!
